Jason really came through for me at a time when I needed it! My car had broken down late on a Friday, I needed to get it towed to the Toyota dealer in Palestine, and Enterprise was of no use whatsoever. I called Jason, and he set me up with a Toyota Sienna on very short notice. His electronic paperwork process was easy to use, everything went smoothly, and I had zero issues. He was even nice enough to take me back to my hotel after I returned the car.
Thanks for a positive experience at a very trying time, Jason! I really appreciate what you were able to do for me.

Just returned my rental car with after-hours drop off, and want to say that this has been the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've had with a rental car. Jason called right after pickup to ensure everything went well, and was always available via text for any questions I had. Picking the vehicle up was SO quick and easy. I've spent hours waiting at Enterprise for a simple pick-up that I'd already reserved in advance online. It was so nice to walk in and immediately receive the keys and be on my way. I highly recommend Palestine Rental Car.
