Palestine Rental Car

I spent years traveling work and have probably rented hundreds of vehicles. When I found myself stranded in Palestine, TX on a Saturday afternoon I had no idea I would end up having one of the easiest and most pleasant car rental experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend Jason if you ever find yourself needing to rent a car while in the area.

Jason Lansford was incredibly helpful at Palestine Rental Car in Palestine, Texas! Enterprise rented MY reservation to someone else, then tried to have me go to Athens, then Tyler saying that they didn't have anything else available. I was in a serious last second bind. Palestine Rental Car was able to get me going in a beautiful car at an affordable rate. If not for them I would have missed my first day at my new job, which would have taken months to recover from. It was super easy to register, I was able to do it all online and just stopped by briefly for the key. I'm going to prioritize Palestine Rental Car as my top choice for future vehicle rentals. Jason really came through for me at a time when I needed it! My car had broken down late on a Friday, I needed to get it towed to the Toyota dealer in Palestine, and Enterprise was of no use whatsoever. I called Jason, and he set me up with a Toyota Sienna on very short notice. His electronic paperwork process was easy to use, everything went smoothly, and I had zero issues. He was even nice enough to take me back to my hotel after I returned the car. Thanks for a positive experience at a very trying time, Jason! I really appreciate what you were able to do for me.

Unlike Enterprise who said they had the vehicle you wanted and misleading you twice, one call and all was set. Very friendly and clean vehicle borrowed. Definitely recommend

I've spent hours waiting at Enterprise for a simple pick-up that I'd already reserved in advance online. It was so nice to walk in and immediately receive the keys and be on my way.
