We absolutely cherish working with PAKNET. This organization is very clearly driven by excellence, customer's service, and great people. They are a super busy team but they always make time for us to get our clients taken care of throughout the GREAT SOUTH EAST of THESE GREAT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!

I came in to replace my daughter’s iPhone screen and they did a great job fixing it. It didn’t take long at all. When they got done fixing it they gave me a nice courtesy call and even gave me a free screen protector and clean out the batter charging port as well. The young lady that assist me is Claudia and thanks to her my daughter is happy and I saved money on a screen protector. I would recommend their services to anyone and would be a new customer whenever I have phone problems. Thank you Ms. Claudia.

I had to pick up equipment for a new job that had been stored with this company. All of the equipment was out and ready to go. The staff, specifically Pedro, was more than willing to help load everything for us and answer any questions. They were just opening so lots of activity as the crew prepared to go out for the day. The office administrator was not friendly at all. She never introduced herself and was extremely rude to the workers. She had a demanding tone in front of customers, which I felt was not professional at all.

I reached out to Paknet after my GPU fan broke down, and I needed help replacing it. Throughout the entire process of getting the parts and bringing my pc to have them be installed, I was treated with incredible respect and kindness by John, and the experience felt like I was being helped out by a neighbor. By the end when the total cost was calculated, it was about half of what I expected to pay. The service was excellent and incredibly well priced. I can’t recommend their services more.

Took a week to not manage to plug a computer in. This computer store told me the tech wouldn't be in til tomorrow. I guess it takes a tech to plug a computer in. 😂 That makes my grandma a computer tech. They also told me they have a week long queue, because apparently you can't plug in one computer while you work on another. Finally, they charged me $35 to read back the summary of the problem I left on an intake form. By the way, the monitors they sell are overpriced. Buy them, new, cheaper on Amazon.

Called multiple times with no answer, when I finally got someone on the phone, they told me they were closed down

Great bunch to work with. Extremely good with 4g/5g, surveillance and security. Would absolutely recommend 100%

They don't do any android phones only iPhones so if y'all need anything fixed it has to be a iphone and not a android phone
