🍟Classic Poutine: Straight from Quebec, Canada in the late 1950s. Legend says a customer asked a restaurateur to mix fresh cheese curds with fries and gravy, creating this glorious “mess” (poutine literally means mess in Quebec slang). pure comfort in a bowl.
