Padele Appliance Repair

I do not typically write reviews for Products or Services, but I feel compelled to do so in this case for my experience with Padele Appliance repair and a washer issue I had. If you were able to plan out or script an appliance repair, you could not write a better story. Padele was very easy to work with, I felt like they partnered with me to diagnose repair and resolve my issue. It was actually my please doing business with them. Every aspect of the operation, from the professional office manager (Anna) to the highly skilled, and personable repair technician (Andrei) , was just excellent. The appointment was made easily, scheduled quickly and the office communicated with me often with reminders for the visits. The technician is an experienced expert with the equipment that is plain to see, as he showed me the individual parts that failed and explained how the failure of multiple components created my issue. He brought up the replacement components on his phone and showed me the cost line item by line item, unprompted, I did not even ask for it. That transparency should make people comfortable that they called the right company. I just made another appointment with Padele for a long-standing issue with my refrigerator. I will recommend them to my close friends and family going forward. The one thing I will always remember, and this is why I will always use them from now on, He told me the price for repair, and I said “I don’t even know what a new one costs”, he pulled up Black Friday deals on his phone to show me what a new one would cost so I could weigh / consider the repair versus a new purchase --- again who does that ? Nobody does – but they do.

Padele's service was professional, timely, and reasonable in cost. I was not excited when my 4-year-old dryer broke down. Padele's made the whole process super easy. A technician was dispatched the next day, part was ordered, and repair was made a few days later. I really appreciate the technician taking the time to explore repairing vs replacing....even taking the time to review replacement costs. The cost of repair was clearly explained and reasonable.

Andrew (the company owner) showed up on time and was very cordial and professional. He inspected our dishwasher carefully. Afterwards, he explained that our problem was due to a broken circuit board which is no longer manufactured. So (unsurprisingly with a 10 year old dishwasher) we will need a new dishwasher, but will now buy one with confidence, not worrying that mine might have had a simple problem with an easy fix. Well worth the very reasonable price and prompt service call, which is so hard to find nowadays. Note: he does all kitchen appliances.

Great service! Andrew arrived on time, and was professional and friendly. He’s very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my oven. He also took some extra time to fix my dishwasher while he was there. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing reliable appliance repair!

Andrew was on time, and diagnosed problems on 3 appliances (washer, dishwasher, and refrigerator) in a very timely manner.He ordered parts and completed the repairs within a couple days. His rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend Padele to anyone needing appliance repair.

Andrew and his wife have been excellent! From booking to repair. They have been efficient, professional and have gone beyond the service they provide. Andrew has great knowledge of appliance repairs and was extremely respectful when in our home. Thank you both !

Can’t say enough great things about Padele. I called first thing in the morning and they came within couple of hours to fix my freezer. They diagnosed the problem with my GE refrigerator on the spot and were able to fix it in half the time they promised! And what a nice guys. Explained everything in great detail and got the job done, A+ to them !!!

Paddle was great. They came and evaluated my dishwasher the same night I called. And they ordered the parts and came out the following week and fixed it. Communication was Great. I definitely would use them again.

Andrew did an excellent job fixing the oven heating element of our Whirlpool electric range. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He got the job done in no time. I highly recommend him for any appliance problems you may have.

Andrei was extremely professional and did a great job. The dishwasher was leaking; He replaced the input line to eliminate the leak, while testing the fix he found a second leak on a line on the side of the dishwasher. He applied a clamp on that tube and stopped that leak also. He replaced that kick plate that I had removed, he did not have to do it but he showed just how professional he is. I defiantly will recommend Andrei to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.
