I do not typically write reviews for Products or Services, but I feel compelled to do so in this case for my experience with Padele Appliance repair and a washer issue I had. If you were able to plan out or script an appliance repair, you could not write a better story. Padele was very easy to work with, I felt like they partnered with me to diagnose repair and resolve my issue. It was actually my please doing business with them.
Every aspect of the operation, from the professional office manager (Anna) to the highly skilled, and personable repair technician (Andrei) , was just excellent. The appointment was made easily, scheduled quickly and the office communicated with me often with reminders for the visits. The technician is an experienced expert with the equipment that is plain to see, as he showed me the individual parts that failed and explained how the failure of multiple components created my issue. He brought up the replacement components on his phone and showed me the cost line item by line item, unprompted, I did not even ask for it. That transparency should make people comfortable that they called the right company.
I just made another appointment with Padele for a long-standing issue with my refrigerator. I will recommend them to my close friends and family going forward.
The one thing I will always remember, and this is why I will always use them from now on, He told me the price for repair, and I said “I don’t even know what a new one costs”, he pulled up Black Friday deals on his phone to show me what a new one would cost so I could weigh / consider the repair versus a new purchase --- again who does that ? Nobody does – but they do.
