We had an excellent experience with PacWest Restoration after our washing machine caused water damage and required us to replace our LVP flooring. From the very beginning, Tyler was incredibly communicative, clearly walking us through the project scope, timeline, and next steps so we always knew what to expect. Jon did a fantastic job coordinating the crews and ensuring everything stayed on schedule, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crews themselves were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding across the board — from drywall repair to the new flooring installation, trim work, and paint — everything was completed with great attention to detail and looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend PacWest Restoration to anyone needing restoration or repair work after damage, or even general construction projects. Tyler and Jon would be the first people I call for any future work!

PacWest Restoration was assigned to us by our insurance as the preferred contractor to complete the estimate from a water leak. After the initial estimate, we decided to choose PacWest for the repairs as well. Throughout the entire process, Dave and his team were always responsive and professional with dealing with insurance, scheduling, and completing the repairs. Even though the job was on the smaller side (just a ceiling repair, paint, and light fixture replacement), we were quickly taken care of, with everything turning out great! I would definitely recommend giving PacWest a consideration.

There was a fire in the apartment above me which flooded mine. Overnight I had to move and over half my stuff was ruined. You always think this kind of stuff will not happen to you. Well I was wrong. Dealing with the insurance alone had me so stressed. As soon as as PacWest sent Carly over I started to feel like things will be ok. She explained how things would work. I felt like she was on my team in this whole mess. Even after all the clean up was done and they were paid they were super helpful. I tried to mobile deposit a check with 2 names on it. Maggie was super helpful in getting me a paid invoice so my insurance could void the check and just direct deposit that money. If I am ever in this situation again PacWest will be my first call.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pacwest Restoration did an outstanding job repairing my roof after a tree literally blasted a hole through it. From start to finish, they were total pros — quick to respond, efficient with the repair, friendly, and genuinely understanding of the situation and stress involved. The work was done right and done fast, and looks like nothing happened once repaired! The communication was excellent throughout the process. It was honestly a pleasure to cross paths with a company that operates at this level. I would absolutely use Pacwest Restoration again and highly recommend them!

David Hins and Pac West truly saved the day after our original contractor couldn't get our water-damage rebuild finished. Not only did they deliver excellent work, but they got it done quickly. David and his team are total pros - Great communication, quick to respond, experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure the work is done right. Highly recommended!

We had a house fire and although the actual fire only took a portion of the house the smoke damage took the rest. We were pleased with the work PacWest Restoration did to rebuild our entire home. Their team has great attention to detail, kind, they provide valuable suggestions on designs, they were professional and timely with the projects. And, they kept us informed throughout the process! PacWest replaced the entire kitchen floor, the Two PacWest workers arrived on time and ready .After a job walk the PacWest workers explained the sequential tasks and followed their plan. Both workers were courteous when they answered my questions. When the floor was finished their work looked great with no flaws. I would recommend PacWest to anyone.

We had a water leak in 2022. They were very good at explaining what the insurance was going to cover. Gave us the options to choose how we wanted our restoration to look. Once the restoration started I was frequently updated on the status of the job via text. Very professional 👍

Wow! I was so impressed with the entire process from beginning to end with PacWest Restoration. They went above and beyond with customer service. The workmen are so talented! I watched Greg perform magic with the installation of the Formica, and Shawn completed the work with an unbelievably beautiful paint job.
