"You never want to have an unfortunate situation that needs restoration services but if you do, PacWest is the one and only phone call you need. When I say one phone call, that was all it took for Dave to respond quickly (on a holiday weekend) and have his team out there on a Sunday to get the process started. They will take immaculate care of moving your personal belongings while they get the situation under control (in our case, a water leak.) The work they do with the restoration is impressive. They found matching tile, base boards, and paint to make it look like nothing happened. However, what truly sets them apart is their customer service. When you call Dave and his team, it's just taken care of. You don't have to hound them, dispute the quality of the work, or wait a long time to have your house back to normal. They are reliable, have high standards, and make it so that your unfortunate problem is as easy as it can be. At the end, he gave us a very fair price that we were happy to pay and will do so again. We will have them back to do more non-restoration work at our house because good contracting help is hard to find. Highly recommended!"
