Restoration Water Damage Technician. We are a Portland based, property restoration company specializing in structural repairs for properties with damages caused by water, fire and storms, as well as exterior repairs, reconstruction and remodeling. Our growing company is looking for an Experienced Water Tech/Project Coordinator to join our team.
Water damage technicians respond to emergency calls from people experiencing water problems, such as floods, broken pipes or malfunctioning appliances.

Job Requirements:
-This is a hands-on water tech position with project coordinator responsibilities.
-Carpentry, Water Damage Restoration, Clean-up and Construction experience preferred.
-Develop dryout procedures for each job.
-Water damage Clean-up / Fire damage Board-up.
-Demo, pack out, clean up of damaged structural materials.
-Hands-on demo/cleanup of wet materials.
-Manage mitigation for damages.
-Use Xactimate to complete invoices.
-Collect payments.
-Respond to and organize water damage calls, including materials removal, demolition, and pack out procedures for each property.
