We had an excellent experience with PacWest Restoration after our washing machine caused water damage and required us to replace our LVP flooring. From the very beginning, Tyler was incredibly communicative, clearly walking us through the project scope, timeline, and next steps so we always knew what to expect. Jon did a fantastic job coordinating the crews and ensuring everything stayed on schedule, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crews themselves were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding across the board — from drywall repair to the new flooring installation, trim work, and paint — everything was completed with great attention to detail and looks fantastic. I would absolutely recommend PacWest Restoration to anyone needing restoration or repair work after damage, or even general construction projects. Tyler and Jon would be the first people I call for any future work!

PacWest Restoration was assigned to us by our insurance as the preferred contractor to complete the estimate from a water leak. After the initial estimate, we decided to choose PacWest for the repairs as well. Throughout the entire process, Dave and his team were always responsive and professional with dealing with insurance, scheduling, and completing the repairs. Even though the job was on the smaller side (just a ceiling repair, paint, and light fixture replacement), we were quickly taken care of, with everything turning out great! I would definitely recommend giving PacWest a consideration.
