Miguel, Alex, and Wayne did a fantastic job loading my truck for transport from Houston to Seattle- they worked hard, wrapped my furniture and loaded the vehicle carefully, took advantage of ALL the available space, and overall did a GREAT job! I’m very pleased with their efforts! Highly recommend!

The loading and transport of the contents of a storage locker in Conroe TX to Willis TX (about 11 miles) went very smoothly. The two-man moving crew did a great job. My complaint is with the company misrepresenting one of their dispatch locations in Conroe TX that no longer exists. I did a Google Maps search for moving companies in Conroe TX - one of the names that popped up was Pack-It Movers located on South Loop 336 West in Conroe. I called the number to book a move and did not realize that I was speaking with their office in Jersey Village, a suburb of Houston. They scheduled my move, all the while never mentioning that the Conroe dispatch location had been permanently closed. Pack-It Movers charges a basic "trip charge" of $89.00 on ALL moves to cover wear-and-tear plus fuel for the equipment. But there is a secondary charge equal to one hour's labor of $109.00 whenever the movers have to travel more than 30 minutes to a customer's location. Had the mover's been dispatched out of Conroe, as I believed they would be, I would not have been charged an additional hour of labor when they had to drive all the way from Jersey Village (zip code 77040) to my location in Conroe. Also, these people charge an 8.25% processing fee if you pay with a credit or debit card - this is almost three times the going rate for companies that do charge processing fees. And finally, our online bank account was suspended for 48 hours after we tried to pay the moving charges using Zelle because of some sort of irregularities with the Pack-It Movers own Zelle account. We ended up paying them using Venmo instead.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. On May 18th, I spoke with someone and confirmed I needed movers for my 1 bedroom apartment on May 31st. They took a $50 deposit over the phone and I received a confirmation email that we were booked for the 8 am to 10 am timeslot. I texted on May 30th to confirm everything was good to go for the next day, May 31st. The response was "Yes, we are confirmed". Around 9:30 am on May 31st, I received a call that there was a slight delay and movers could not make it to me until 1 - 2 pm. I said this wasn't a problem and looked forward to seeing them then. 2:15 pm rolls around and still no movers. I call and ask where the crew is and the guy on the phone says he will check and call me back. He never called back so I called again at 2:45 pm which is when he told me they did not have a moving crew for today and they would not be able to get to my move until Tuesday, June 3rd, which is after I needed to be out of my apartment. This company did nothing but string me along all day instead of telling me the truth. I would save yourself the major headache and take your business elsewhere. Moving Stars Inc was great and was able to get me moved the next day! Their customer service was great and I highly recommend them, not Pack-It Movers.

These guys are fantastic. They took care of everything professionally, make sure to take care of my items, and had no issues going up and down the stairs a whole bunch of times. Definitely recommend.

They will steal your stuff and damage the rest. They do nothing to make it right. Do not use them. And no I’m not a fake reviewer. We used your services in December and gave you time to recover our belongings and to make right what you damaged and you did nothing to fix it. Go ahead and report this review. It doesn’t change that you are a horrible company.

Great Work pack-it movers has done an amazing job i definitely recommend them for moving great customer service. I wish I can rate 10 stars but they are the best.

Ricky, Ronald and Samuel were my movers. They arrived on time and packed my furniture nicely and carefully. Very professional, worked at a fast past to get the job done within the two hours I booked. Definitely would recommend and hire again! Job well done. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Today my move started off slightly rough. Communication between sales team and dispatch is to be worked on however the team Jeff and jamarcus excelled and overly satisfied my initial experience completely fulfilling the contract and agreement. Items were safe and un damaged, everything allocated and sorted to each room.

This is the second time I have used Pack it Movers in less than a year. Both times the movers were professional. This time I had Corey and Gelvys and they were on time, courteous, helpful, professional, exceptionally hard working crew! They asked me how I wanted things wrapped and placed. They were in one word AMAZING! and just good people. They really took care of me on my move day. I will ask for them again. Thanks Cory and Gelvys.
