This store is super convenient for us in Henderson. It has all your pool maintenance chemicals. Sid is super knowledgeable and helpful for your pool. He helped me on every step of my pool renovation from contractors to pool maintenance. When Sid is not at the store, Chrissy is helpful at finding products. If in doubt , call the store, and they will steer you in the right direction for your pool.

Words cant express and describe exceptional care and customer service provided by this incredible store owner Sid. I hope I spelled his name correctly. There are simply not many human left on this planet as this rare soul. I have years of experience with sales customers service and public relations. I have NEVER got better professionaity,care and golden heart than this amazing guy. You simply cant find better period. If you looking for ANY pool supply in town that is most easy call to make. After you will meet this guy you will understand. Highly recommend well deserve this minimum review i can gladly provide!!!!! What an awesome team at this Pacific Pool Supply! Just moved here and we have a pool - but no idea how to maintain it. David at the counter was ready to answer questions and help (and he knows his stuff!), and Chris, the pool tech that came out, was knowledgeable, professional, and gives great advice to keep my pool sparkling - without overcharging or slipping in any unnecessary costs! He adjusted my pump, heater, tested the water, and gave me directions on how to clean and care for the pool. All for an extremely reasonable price! The team at PPP is amazing - thanks so much!!

Best pool store in town! They are so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They have patiently helped me work through several problems with my pool. I have gone to a lot of pool stores and Pacific Pool Supply is by far my favorite. I would recommend them to anyone!

Came into the store Thursday ordered pool filters. I was told friday to come in and pick them up which I did around 4pm the store was closed. Came in Saturday around the same time still the store was closed. Sunday I have called both numbers provided and got nothing. I will be taking my business else where. Was happy that this store is closer to my home but I will try another store.
