Customer reported that the GE built-in oven was not turning on. Due to the unit’s built-in installation, two technicians were dispatched with the proper equipment to safely remove the oven from the cabinet. Upon inspection, the control module was found to be defective. The control module was replaced, and the oven was reinstalled and tested.
Status: ✅ Repaired — oven is now fully operational and heating properly.
