I couldn’t recommend Pace Pools more highly! The whole process of installing our inbuilt pool and spa was done incredibly efficiently and it was clear throughout how experienced everyone involved was. Having never owned or maintained a pool/spa before, the guys at Pace Pools ensured the system that they installed would suit our family needs and the resulting set up is just awesome! We use it constantly year round and often just admire how great it looks and comment on how our back garden now feels like a resort. The result far exceeds are expectations. In addition, the after installation care we received from Pace Pools was incredibly valuable; they stayed engaged with us until we had ironed out a few issues that were largely due to our inexperience understanding the system and how best to maintain it. If you are looking to install a pool/spa then look no further, I couldn’t recommend Pace Pools more highly; they know what they are doing and you’ll enjoy the process of getting one installed. The process was communicated clearly throughout the build, the advice provided on items that could be upgraded were greatly appreciated and seeing the finished product now the advice was spot, I am truly thankful for the advice in what is a big investment. We just completed our second pool with Dave and the team at Pace Pools. I called Dave in early October with news that our consent had been approved and asked if there was any chance we would be swimming at Christmas. He said he'd do his best. Sure enough, we were swimming the week before Christmas—on time and on budget. Concrete is the way to go baby!
