We recently had Caleb replace a bathroom fan for us. First, he arrived as promised and inspected what was needed to make the repairs. He then went to the store and bought the needed fan. When he returned, the repairs were made quickly as he explained what he was doing to our supervising grandchildren, who are 2 and 4 years old. Caleb then cleaned up behind himself. We are extremely happy with him and would recommend him highly.

The chore I hate more than any other that's ever existed is furniture assembly. I needed a new desk, but every time I thought about the process of putting one together, I died a little inside. Then, I remembered that this could be a process I hire out, and through a Google search, I found Pace Handyman Services. Because of the glowing reviews I read on Google and Facebook, I reached out to get a quote to assemble the desk I'd bought. I got a very reasonable quote delivered to me within a few hours (!!!), and I was on the books for assembly very soon after my desk was delivered! Caleb's work speaks for itself. Not only did he spend 2 1/2 hours assembling this thing, but he also showed me how to use it (it's a standing desk). He even gave me advice on how to dispose of my old desk and offered to take the bulky packaging out to the trash for me. He went above and beyond in every way -- and I have a brand new, BEAUTIFUL desk, which I'll use every day as I work from home!! Caleb/Pace Handyman is officially on speed dial for me, and I'm already thinking of other projects I can hand off to Caleb because I don't trust myself with them lol. When you hire Caleb, you're going to have a wonderful experience with a super nice fella to boot! Cannot recommend him and Pace Handyman highly enough!

Caleb is fantastic! He did work for my sister in Milton and she was so happy with what Caleb did with her long list of home repairs. He came out to Perdido and was so helpful. As my sister told me he was, besides fabulous, on time, great work, and did some extra fixes too. I am so grateful for his help and I highly recommend him if you want a nice hardworking handyman.

We can not give enough praise for Caleb and his excellent work. Caleb is punctual, professional, very pleasantly personable and very skilled. He installed lighting, a ceiling fan, multiple sinks and faucets, quarter round trim in two bathrooms and removed dated captain’s rail from cabinetry. He accomplished this quickly and affordably. Caleb has such a wonderful work ethic that I recommended him to my sister. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Caleb! He remodeled my kids’ bathroom, which meant tearing out three layers of tile, redoing the subfloor, and re-tiling. He also took down old beadboard and replaced it with shiplap, painted, repaired drywall, and installed a vanity. His craftsmanship is top notch, as is his reliability and consideration.

We can not say enough good things about Caleb! He repaired our drywall quickly and seamlessly—it looks as good as new! He was even thoughtful enough to touch up a few other areas on the walls when he painted the repaired drywall. If you have a job that needs to be done right, call Caleb!
