As with any home, stuff happens and then things need to be repaired or replaced. The base of our fireplace mantle needed to be replaced because the MDF was expanded. The rest of the fireplace mantle was in great shape and it didn't make sense to replace the entire thing. When I explained "my vision", Wade made it happen. We have a macerator pump for our half bath and laundry in the basement. The original pump needed to be replaced and the new one is extremely loud. We wanted something around it to muffle the noise, especially when laundry is being done and we are downstairs watching TV. Wade created a soundproof box. It's not completely silent, but a whole lot better, especially when the doors are closed. Our laundry area had bifold doors, which did not allow us to fully open our dryer door, or to fully access the utility sink. Wade rebuilt the frame and put in a wonderful French style door, allowing easy access to everything. After YEARS of wanting pullout shelves in my pantry, I now have pullout shelving in my pantry. After Wade installed them, I realized that the upper shelf rims were too high, so Wade trimmed all around and now they are perfect! Wade also repaired one door and replaced another, repaired a hole in our drywall, and installed our kitchen sink toe kick and trim. There are several other repairs/upgrades needing to be done here and Wade will be the first one we call. Wade is professional, thoughtful, friendly, reasonably priced, and is able "think outside the box" when needed. We highly recommend P&W for any of your handyman needs.
