The staff at the Penny Ann Interiors design studio based in Coventry were amazing from the initial start of the consultation process, and throughout the entire project. We can’t thank them enough for pulling out all the stops to accommodate us with the run up to the festive season. The brief was followed throughout with clear open communication channels with us and all staff members. We have recommended them to other friends and family members and would like to take this opportunity to wish the team - Penny, Rhoda, Hayley and Ola a happy, healthy and successful season and look forward to seeing and working with them again in 2025!

Penny and Amy were excellent in helping us through our new build journey. Taking on this enormous project was daunting but Penny and her team were excellent in supporting us through the planning and design stage, giving us some excellent ideas. Working with the team also allowed us to have access to products which would not otherwise be readily available to us. We would like to thank the team for all of thier help and support.

A wonderful service from start to finish. Our living room has been transformed from an out dated, tired and uninspiring room, to a beautiful tranquil and restful space. Penny has a good eye for colour and provides options for you to choose from. Penny was able to organise curtain fitting, electrician and decorator. Everything was organised, ordered and completed to a very high standard. Penny came out on completion to check everything was satisfactory. Store Manager Max was fabulous. I would recommend Penny to any one considering interior design. I will certainly be using Penny in the future.

We can’t say more than Penny Ann Interiors created our totally amazing ‘Dream Home’. Penny and Amy (with plenty of input from Max and Margo!) transformed our run of the mill new build into something truly amazing. From initial meeting through to install phase and finishing touches, Penny and team worked diligently, despite the difficult circumstances created by COVID, to ensure they exceeded all of our expectations. There were many unexpected challenges along the way, but they were always handled professionally and creative solutions found. Penny & her assistant came to my place to measure & advise on the Venetian blinds I needed. Penny was most helpful & friendly. The fitter was also excellent. There was no mess left behind at all. The whole process was hassle free & I'm delighted with the end result.

Having worked out what I was looking for from my terrible attempts to explain it, Amy redesigned my living room to create a completely new look. She came up with a great design. Once the design was agreed, everything was priced, ordered and delivered as agreed. Electrician and decorator were organised. New furniture, wallpaper, paint, curtains, casinos blinds and rugs. It’s totally transformed the room, which looks like nothing I could ever have come up with. The colours and accents are great and I’d use their service again in a flash.

Penny is an experienced interior designer who has the vision to create a design for any given brief, to a variety of budgets. Penny will guide you through the process from design through to completion at a high standard, with excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommended.

Initial designs were completed in November with a promise to redo the Living Room as I really didn't like it, then no contact at for over 4 months now. I've decided to come up with my own designs now. Such a shame as I really wanted help to revamp my home. Edit to reply: Further to your reply on 6th September 2023 at 2:16pm Without prejudice I have not amended my review as my opinion on this matter has not changed despite your threats of legal action to attempt to force me to withdraw it. If you are unhappy with reviews that do not show you in the most favourable light perhaps you need to consider what you are able to do to improve your customer experience for the future.

Having met Penny at the Grand Designs show last week, I have to say the advice and tips that she gave me was invaluble. I will certainly be going to Penny again in the future and would recommend her very highly.

Penny has the eye for colours I wish I had. Sooo easy to talk to and as if she can see what I am thinking..doing my bedroom with her for now but Will always go to her for any room I do in the house..🏆
