Ozio Door Service

Needed my 30 year old garage door and opener replaced. Door and opener were loud and neither was functioning properly. Found some strong recommendations on Nextdoor app for Ozio, Len being named specifically, for quality work and fair pricing. I was not disappointed. Len was friendly, fair, prompt, and did everything that he promised. Communications were excellent and work was fast and the quality was outstanding. Everything that is hard to find these days it seems with a lot of contractors. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and would highly recommend Len and Oxio for your garage door needs. Outstanding experience, from initial phone call to final payment. (This company was recommended to me by two other friends.) Before the situation was fully assessed on site, I was able to communicate the problem and given a price range/quote. The Team was outstanding, and completed the job over a holiday time frame. All work was done in my absence, with several communications to me by phone, and was completed flawlessly and in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Ozio Door Service and will absolutely use them again for any of my garage door needs.

My 20-year-old garage doors were very loud and I wanted to replace them, I explained to five different garage door companies that I was looking for a high-quality door with a high-quality motor to greatly lessen the sound. After reviewing the quotes, I found that Ozio had the second lowest price, but upon reviewing the details of the quote, I realized that the lowest priced company was installing an inferior door and just trying to be the cheapest price available so I would select them, while Ozio had a great quality door as well as a wall mounted motor which would be quieter than a ceiling mounted motor and he was using premium parts that were much quieter. The owner, Len took great pride in his workmanship. He installed the door exactly as we agreed upon on the selected date and the timeframe he stated. When he left, he explained how to utilize my Wi-Fi in order to open the garage doors with my phone, and when I had difficulty doing it, he offered to come out the following day and took care of it for me. I don’t generally write any reviews and I certainly do not write them that are this long, but I wanted to point out a company that offers tremendous quality work, as well as quality products at a very reasonable price based on my somewhat extensive quote gathering.

When my garage door spring broke, I was unable to reach my usual garage door service company so I called Ozio Door Service based on the many positive reviews on the Nextdoor app. I reached Len Ozio at 6:15 PM on Thursday. He and his assistant showed up (as promised) Friday morning at 8:30 AM. BTW it was snowing and they still made the 40 minute drive to my home. They finished at 9:00 AM. Available when needed, on time, at the exact price quoted, and fixed the door with no problems. Ozio Door Service is now in my contacts list.

I agree with previous reviews of Ozio Doors. Great response time, fast efficient service and friendly staff. Came in $5.00 under the price quoted. Thanks Len!! 3/27/23 - Had Ozio come in and replace the door motor assembly. Everything was done in 30 minutes and we received a discount. My wife was very happy with the job and the service!
