Excellent roadside service from Ozark Roadside Services. I was stuck overnight on the ramp, 8 miles east from Lebanon, MO on I44 with my big rig, because Google didn’t clearly show they operate 24/7 I was surprised when the roadside service truck showed up quickly, in about 30 minutes since they weren’t too busy. The technician was professional, and fast with a flat tire. He also helped with some extra work I asked for on the truck break adjustments without any problem. Great attitude and excellent customer service overall.

Didn't fulfill the contract then tried to charge more money. Very bad company do NOT Hire these people.

Absolutely terrible service. They cancelled my initial request that I input. I had to input another & then called to confirm that they wouldn’t cancel it again. The woman that picked up the phone stated I never input 2 requests, which is a lie because progressive could see 2 requests. These people wasted way too much of my time. Do not use these services.

Horrible service don't use the are scammers I ran out of gas and the guy tried 2 charge me $20 to bring

Very unreliable towing company, lacks communication and will have you waiting 3+ hours just for a technician to come out.
