Cannot recommend! Good coal with decent price but terrible customer service. At best incompetence, at worse blatant lies. We ordered 6 tonnes of coal and given a delivery date with morning delivery. No communication when that did not happen, after contacting their office they moved the delivery time back to between 2:30 and 3:30pm. When that passed, more calls and they said delivery would be around 5pm but that was a no-show - time taken off work, income lost etc. Next day they blame the haulier. When the coal does appear it transpires it had not been collected until late afternoon the day before, yet they reckon it could be transported over 200 miles in an hour? Looking less like incompetence... Shame, this was going to be an ongoing much larger annual order but as it is the second time they messed up the order this year they've lost out in future trade.

Sell Newheat as Excel and everything else is Red including Glow, stay away at all costs terrible company currently renting a shed out to bag the Coal off, Place is a joke shop needs health and safety involved now!

Love oxbow excel but just moved onto oxbow newheat and its brilliant. Stays in for 16 hours, gives a nice heat and doesnt smell at all when burning. 5 stars from me

As a driver, all staff very friendly and helpful especially the weighbridge operative who was always friendly I wish all weybridge operatives was like this, and the shovel driver is so helpful when loading thank you oxbow it is a pleasure to come to you.

Excellent quality smokeless fuel and excellent customer service.
