Overlay Designs did an unbelievable job of turning our concrete patio into an amazing living space. I can't say enough good things about Osvaldo and Oliver. Being able to deal directly with the individuals who are going to be doing the work eliminates any miscommunication and/or surprises on either side. The cost was very reasonable and timeline was exactly as expected (even with the weather not cooperating). If you need your patio updated, Overlay Designs is the Company and Osvaldo and Oliver are your guys.

Great concrete overlay and crack repair! We are very happy with the work that Osvaldo and his crew performed on our back patio. Our old concrete surface was in need of a complete resurface and had several noticeable cracks that needed repair. Osvaldo and his crew are very skilled at their craft. They were punctual, organized and completed the overlay resurface on schedule. The repair work and final overlay design came out great. We highly recommend them to anyone needing any concrete resurface and/or repair work.

Our pool was only 4 years old and the deck overlay started doing. The company who did the work proceed themselves way out of the range to be considered and we were given a reference to Overlay Design. The came out the next day and asked us what were were looking for and then walked is they what we needed and could get. Their estimate wasn't too repair the damage but to replace the whole desk overlay so that all of the parts of my pool deck matched. The best part was their estimate was 65% of what the other company wanted to just repair it plus their warranty was a full 5 years and not just 2. I want to tell you these guys are artist! I got so much more than I expected and the did it in the time they're said they would. I am now referring all my friends to Overlay Design Resurfacing

This family owned company (Overlay Designs Resurfacing LLC) came it and completed a fabulous concrete stained floor on my large back patio and fixed the front porch damaged from foundation repair/leveling. This is not stamped concrete but every line and stone are hand made

In a matter of 3 days these guys transformed our backyard patio to a beautiful oasis. They promised a thorough job and they delivered it. They come on time, do a very good job and take care of every detail. We are very happy with them.

We had a great experience with Overlay Designs LLC. We researched and priced pool deck options for about a year. This group was referred to us and I’m so grateful. I’m very particular about home projects and they exceeded my expectations. They let us tour 5 prior projects and put us in touch with a past client who personally toured us at his home. They were patient with my indecisiveness on color and helped create a very cohesive design for our yard which was tough. Could not recommend them more. They are well priced, show up on time, professional and meticulous in their work without you having to micromanage anything. Thank you for the amazing job on our pool deck!

Wow! What more can I say?! We were finishing up the last part of our 80s home front yard refresh and needed some serious work on our front porch/walkway. Rather than tear it out and completely replace, which was extremely expensive, we decided to have the walkway leveled by a company prior and then have Osveldo and his dad come out and do an overlay on it. They delivered as promised! The terrible 80s looking walkway was totally transformed in two days. We looked at the basic color and decided to go one shade lighter, which matched really well with the front door and the brick on the house. Osveldo and his dad kept us in the loop the entire time and stayed on top of things. What a work of art! Would definitely recommend to anybody that’s trying to update the look of your walkway Or any unsightly concrete for that matter.. Thx Yall!

These guys are GREAT! We love our new pool deck resurfacing. They grinded off the old Koolcrete and put on a limecoat roman style finish. They epoxied all the concrete cracks and replaced the pool mastic. Overlay Designs, Osvaldo and Oliverio (son/father), were super easy to work with and did everything they said they would do. The guys worked very hard from sunup to sundown on our project. They were very detailed in their work and they really cared about producing a quality product. Their price was competitive. Showed up when they said they would. Cleaned everything up upon completion of the job. We plan on using them to epoxy our garage ASAP. Highly recommend.
