Completed Limestone Overlay Project!!!
Another beautiful limestone overlay completed with a clean, timeless textured finish. This project focused on enhancing the existing concrete without adding decorative patterns, allowing the natural stone-inspired texture to stand out.
As part of the installation, we incorporated new expansion joints strategically throughout the overlay to better accommodate natural soil movement and reduce stress on the surface over time.
Before applying the overlay, we treated and sealed all existing cracks using our proprietary repair method—a specialized process that very few contractors know how to perform correctly. Unlike standard crack repairs that often allow cracks to telegraph back through the surface, our method is designed to minimize the chances of them reappearing or becoming visible, resulting in a cleaner, longer-lasting finish.
The result is a durable, attractive limestone-textured surface that's built to handle movement while maintaining its appearance for years to come.
