Kari did such an amazing job with my son's senior photos. She caught his personality and all of his "looks." I was in tears when I looked at them the first time. We did just a 30 minute session and received 95 digital images. It's hard to pick which ones to print! Thank you so much Kari!!

Kari has done family photos for us and also photos of nature which I have hanging as art in my home. She has a knack for timing and for making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. I also like her editing skills and like how she doesn’t take the editing too far-only enhances what’s naturally there.

Kari took our engagement photos one evening when the sun was setting. She asked what we wanted out of our session, I personally don’t like the posed photos I feel awkward. We did a couple of them but honestly we were relaxed by then and they just flowed. Definitely recommend Kari and overland park photography for all your photos!!

Kari is efficient, flexible and patient. She did our families newborn session. Kari took many pictures and we had an excellent selection. We went back to her this winter for our holiday photos. The studio is gorgeous and comfy. We love our pictures and will be going to her again.

We hired Kari/OP Photography to capture our daughter's 1st birthday party and it was such a stress free experience! Mind you, I had looked and looked, sent multiple messages to photographers and couldn't find but a couple who offered this type of service. Kari was one of the first to respond and was friendly right out the gate. This was our first time having a party captured by a professional photographer and we cannot recommend it enough! We weren't quite sure what to expect, but the results didn't disappoint. It was so nice to NOT be on our phones (trying to take pictures/videos), rather we got to enjoy the party and spend time with family. Working with Kari was so great. She always responded quickly to my messages, was open to my ideas and super friendly! Even though this was our first time working together, it felt like she was just another part of the family. She blended in, yet managed to capture some beautiful photos. We even had some time at the end of the party, when all the activities were over, and Kari graciously took some photos of the family as well as offered to take anyone's picture that wanted them. If you are on the fence about paying for a professional photographer to capture your loved one's party, don't be! It was worth it a thousand times over and I wish I would have done it for my other child's first birthday! I look forward to working with Kari in the future, she's great with kids, friendly, professional and creates beautiful memories!

We hired OverlandPark Photography for my friend's wedding this past Saturday. We started looking for photographers 3 weeks before the wedding! We did not think we were going to find someone that late but to our surprise Kari was able to squeeze us in last minute!! We also chose to have the wedding on the hottest day of the year!! It was 100+ degrees outside and Kari was a champ! She pulled through and was able to document this very special day for our family. Thank you so much, defintely recommend her!

We had such an amazing experience. Photographing 2 toddlers is unpredictable but Kari was so professional and patient with our two girls and produced fantastic shots. We can’t wait for our next session!
