Brandon was able to come out same day to look at my garage door that would not close. He gave excellent service and explained the services they offered in detail. He was able to get the door fixed and serviced quickly.

Recently our garage door spring broke and we required emergency service to have it repaired. CJ with Underwood door came to our home after hours and quickly replaced the spring. He was curtious , prompt and professional. Overall a great job. Thanks CJ

Edit: I was called today and I see they updated their website which is great. Also I was told have addressed the issue with the technicians. I'll give 5 stars for good customer service. 3 stars due to false advertisement on their website and a new door opener being presented as the only option. Website says "free consultation" but does not have any fine print to specify that's only for new garage doors. This is a bit of a "bait and switch". I am pleased they let me know the cost on the phone before coming out. The technician told me my belt was missing teeth and they no longer made it. He presented me with options for a new door opener starting at $1100. I was able to get the correct belt replacement from the manufacturer for $50. I will give him credit though. The belt had definitely had it.

Brandon was an absolute professional with awesome mannerisms and is very knowledgeable about what needed to happen. Super, super friendly attitude and answered every question where we could understand. Appreciate his patience. Thank you Brandon for helping us!!!!

I called on Monday about a broken spring on my garage door. DJ arrive next day and had it fixed very quickly. He did a great job and explained the cause of failure and maintenance suggestions going forward. I recommend Verge and DJ. Will call on them again when the need arises

We used Verge for a routine servicing on our garage door. They responded quickly and very professionally. Drew came out and took care of us without hesitation, even though our garage door was not initially installed by them. Highly recommend Verge- and ask for Drew :)

I had a spring break on my garage door and within 2.5 hours of me calling in, Steven was pulling into my driveway to assess the problem. Steven was great! Gave a range of options and took the time to explain all fully. Work was completed in short order and we are back fully functional! Thanks Steven for the great service!

JD with Verge came and installed door strip for our warehouse. Work was prompt and his attitude was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend to other businesses in the area.
