I cannot recommend Overflow Septic LLC enough! In August 2025, they responded immediately to an emergency pump situation with our septic tank. Dennis went above and beyond by fitting us into his schedule even though it was after 8 pm. He arrived promptly and efficiently cleared our old septic system, providing us with peace of mind. Fast forward to this month, when we noticed the septic was leaking out of the riser lid after a heavy rain. Dennis scheduled us right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and made sure our drain field was clear and functioning properly with minimal changes. Throughout the entire process, Dennis was incredibly thorough—he explained what he was doing and what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand. He also kept us informed about scheduling and any potential issues that could arise. Dennis and Overflow Septic LLC are a true gem—professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. I will always call Dennis whenever we have septic issues. Excellent service all around!

I called Overflow septic because I was having an issue with my septic system and Dennis answered the call right away. Dennis absolutely let me know how how fantastic his customer service was and how well he was going to take care of my issue. We "spoke" on the phone for 17 minutes and he insured me he was the man for the job. We agreed to meet on a Friday morning. Dennis never showed up. Dennis never called. Dennis never texted back. Weeks later and many messages later he still has not responded. I would use caution dealing with this company. Dennis seems as if he may be mentally deficient, and certainly is not capable of communicating properly. Thanks for wasting my time.

Dennis saved our bacon, or rather saved us from our bacon. Grease clogged drain pipe and septic on a weekend is no problem for the nicest and enthusiastic poop guy out there. He made time to shuffle the maintenance jobs to help us not be backed up in septic loveliness for a week or more. Thanks buddy!
