We had a couple pretty big hail storms and I knew I had significant damage on my roof. I own my own real estate company but unfortunately the roofer that I have used for decades had decided to retire.  I met with Erik, he came to the house and went over the roof, the siding, gutters, garage door, and patio. He also noticed damage with some of the window screens. He gave me a full estimate and offered to come out and meet with the insurance claims adjuster as well. After the initial claim came in, Erik worked with the claims adjuster to get a few additional items we felt may have been overlooked in the initial claim. Once the work started, the roof and repairs were done in a very timely manner. I actually met and spoke with the roofers as they were removing and replacing the roof and various items on the house. Very professionally done. The work was completed on schedule. Erik came out a couple times to ensure my satisfaction and all the cleanup was done properly. I would recommend Over-the-Top Roofing to anyone who has had damage to their roof and wants an honest and professionally run company to complete the work. I will be referring Over the Top Roofing to any of my clients who are buying or selling their home and need roof repairs.

Eric was great to work with for our roof install. He was very quick, efficient, and easy to work with! We experienced a little issue with our insurance company and he was quick to get in touch with the insurance and us to help clarify some things as well as catching somethings other inspectors didn't catch. After a bad hail storm damaged our roof, we were referred to Erik who accommodated our busy schedules, came and did an assessment of the damages, and then took the time to explain potential repairs and services. It was a Real pleasure to work with Erik. He worked with us and helped us decide on the shingles and best accessories. We had no idea our roof needed to be replaced until we were preparing to sell our house. The storm last spring caused considerable damage which we couldn't see. Our insurance company didn't want to cover the entire cost but Erik met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed. He not only does great work roofing but is an excellent negotiater.
