I recently took a much-needed trip to Panama City Beach to clear my mind and escape the noise of everyday life. Something in me felt drawn to Outlaw Rentals - Front Beach, and now I know why. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest, most genuine welcome by Haley: and let me tell you, she is an absolute gem!!! Haley embodies everything you could hope for in someone representing a business: knowledge, kindness, and a true passion for what she does. She knows the ins and outs of every rental option and answered all my questions with such grace and patience. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their job but also cares; and Haley truly does. Her energy is uplifting, and her presence made my visit unforgettable!!! I ended up choosing a moped (which was SO much fun), and the whole process felt effortless, thanks to Haley’s guidance. I honestly thank God for crossing paths with her. If you’re visiting PCB, do yourself a favor and stop by Outlaw Rentals — not just for the rentals, but for the experience. Great golf cart rental. Charlie made the process easy, was super accommodating and fair. We had a golf cart that was purple with sparkles it was pretty! Purchasing the cart and returning were both smooth. Would recommend this place.

10/10 would recommend Outlaw! My husband and I enjoyed our day/night with Venom! The manager was super friendly and informative. She made sure we knew how to work all of the functions and made the process super simple. I love that it’s family run! We will definitely be back to rent again. Thank you again!

Super nice Guys. Had a few extra days unexpectedly to be in town but our car rental could t be extended, we found this out very last minute & at the end of the working day. Literally pulled up as the guys were leaving and not only did they hook us up with a cool golf cart perfect for what we needed it for but the price was great too. All carts come with Boze Stereo & speakers that are Bluetooth compatible. No matter how big or small your family is. They’ve got a cart for you. Two seats four seats eight seat six seats. Don’t quote Man all of those, but I’m not too far off. Best part is they’re conveniently located almost on every corner if you’re in PCB and need to get a car outlaw rentals is the place unfortunately we didn’t have the car long enough and it didn’t cross my mind to take pictures or video.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Also notice how they answer every other review and are disrespectful but not once have they commented on my review. Update #2!! I’ve been fighting since February to get my money back. I call all the time they take my info and do not contact me back. To make matters even worse for me, they have now block my number on 2 of there lines. They really don’t care about customers. The messed up thing is, they have multiple complaints to the BBB in Florida. They are a complete joke and the lady who answered the phone today was rude and condescending. I’m on my way up to Florida this coming weeks in hopes to settle this problem. This really should not be allowed to happen. Update!! This company was supposed to refund my money as I proved to them the damage was already there. They said the would refund it. Here we are 2 months later and nothing. They ignore my calls. I’m over these people!! DO NOT RENT HERE! I rented here over this weekend while I was on vacation. Do not rent here. There was damages on the vehicle previous to me renting. I had fotos. They sent me an invoice. I called and asked them to check cameras. I also told them I have fotos. They called me an hour later and stated that the front end damage was not from me and they would adjust it and only charge me for rim damage. I asked them to send me pictures, and they sent me an old picture. So I asked for dates and time. And guess what!!! The damage is on the rim already!! They are unprofessional and thieves!!!

Hailey and Isaiah was great! Very professional and treated us with respect! The cart had some slight issues but would definitely go back here because how well we were treated! Read some reviews and don’t know if they got new employees but if I had advice for the owners it would be keep these two employees because they made us not complain about the cart. The cart was a 7 out of 10 but Hailey and Isaiah were both perfect 10’s.

Had to call the cops to get my deposit back. Lady said have a great day excuse me i need $1500. She found a scratch that was already there. Please take pictures of everything. I wish I could upload the scratch lol. This place is so sorry.

Terrible experience. Kept our deposit for “Damage to bumper”. Gentleman working when picked up took before pictures from roughly 6-8ft away and from about waste high. When returned, the girl got on her hands and knees and took her pictures within inches of the bumper of the “Damage”. “Damage” pictured. DO NOT USE if you would like your $500 “deposit” back.

If there was a NEGATIVE 100 rating I would give them that! Totally fraudulent family run business! I rented a golf cart for 2 days from the front Beach location. When I returned it, the guy spent about 20 minutes, inspecting it pulling on bumpers, rubbing the tires, rubbing the seats, anything that was attached to the golf cart, He inspect it. He got to the tiniest unsuspecting scratch on the car and spent at least five minutes, comparing it to a photo in his phone that was supposedly taken prior to me renting. The mark on the golf cart clearly was already there as it had rust on either side of it. And amateur knows that a car paint would not rust in 2 days. Not only was it rusted the scratch was smooth around the edges, which also showed the age of the damage. The employee insisted that he would have to get the owner involved in order to close me as of the damage. The owner was obnoxious and insisted that I had damage the golf cart. My first question was the rest, then how smooth it was, but ultimately I pay $25 per day for Insurance, so what does that even cover if I had actually damage the cart. Meanwhile, there was another couple inside who were experiencing the exact same thing, but they had photos and video of the car before they rented it because of the reviews they saw prior to renting. The employee still insist it that the scratch he showed was not there when they picked up the car they had time, stamped photos, and video, showing the mark present when they rented it. As a result, they lost their deposit and we’re still being charged an additional amount. These con artists kept my $150 deposit and gave me a bill for $569.. I do not understand how they are even still able to do business, which says a lot about the city of Panama. Be ware and DO NOT rent from these indecent people.
