I ordered a Ranger Boat and options through Outdoor Specialties because I didn't want to deal with Cabela's. When it arrived and I went to pick it up (3 1/2 hour round trip) we took a 'test drive'. Prep work was great, no issues.
About a year or two later I took it in for a fuel tank issue. Valve was replaced on the tank, issued fixed. I waited on it because it didn't take long.
No problems with boat or motor, but want a 'routine' maintenance as a preventive measure. I called a couple of months ago, thinking that with warm weather and Covid they would be busy. They were. Waited until November to call back, made an appointment, and will be taking my boat to them this week. Unless something goes wrong with the motor, I'll be headed back home with it by lunch time. To make a short story long, excellent service and a great place to do business with.
Update: I made my appointment for routine service, headed home 1 1/2 hours later.

Conflict about repairs and improper battery installation. Called Hunter on 03/04/24 and spoke to him about my concerns. He said he would check on it the next day and get back with me.
After nine days and not getting a call back, I called again on March 13. I was told he was with a customer and would be given a message to call me back.
It is now April 9th and Hunter has still not called me back, so I guess I've gotten his message.
