Outdoor Solutions Tree Service was by far the most professional company I’ve dealt with so far. We’ve had several companies come in every year and trim our fence line. This time we had some larger trees that would be a potential fall hazard on our property removed. Usually there will be damage in our St Augustine from equipment moving through. They laid down mats on the yard and you can’t even tell they were here other than the clearance above the fence and trees they removed. Josh has a very efficient crew and runs a tight ship with the best equipment and a system that is some of the cleanest and fastest possible. When he did the quote he was very clear about what we expected to be done and his team went above and beyond. The price is very reasonable considering the amount of work done in a short amount of time and professionalism. I highly recommend!

UNBELIEVABLE, OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! What an outstanding company!!! We had our Tree trimmed so as to get ready for hurricane season. A large part of the tree was hanging over our fence and shed and feared that it would cause damage if a good storm came threw. Josh was fantastic from start to finish!! He was so PROFESSIONAL and very respectful of our property. I was so blown away that they use different plateforms on top of your lawn to protect it as they drive their equipment so as not to damage pipes that may be underground. I was so amazed how they orchestrated the whole operation in such a timely and safe manner. Ive never been so impressed by such professionalism. Josh cut that tree with such precession. And when they were done, they left the yard as nice as it was when they started. Thank you Again Josh and crew for a great job!!

We hired Outdoor Solutions for some hurricane prep tree work at our office and were impressed enough to hire them again for work at our home property, which they just completed last week. We had been dragging our feet after an unpleasant experience with another company that failed to complete that project. We wanted to preserve as many trees as possible while removing underbrush and making way for a new driveway. Most companies that we spoke to are geared more towards the slash and burn Florida standard, and aren’t well equipped to do such fiddly, precise work. Knowing this, we managed our expectations carefully, but there was no need. The Outdoor Solutions crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. Rebecca, Josh, Ryan and their team arrived on time, immediately got to work, checked in multiple times to make sure we were still on the same page. Cleanup was perfect, our soft, sandy yard and wimpy lime rock road were both left completely undamaged, they finished in about ¼ of the time I expected it to take, and the results… My photos don’t do it justice. It’s spectacular. We can’t recommend Outdoor Solutions highly enough. We’ve had a lot of experiences with a lot of contractors of all sorts, and this one was top tier. We work very hard for what we have and are very selective about where we spend our money. As Florida newcomers who arrived days after the welcome party thrown by Helene and Milton, our need for tree trimming and debris removal was suddenly more urgent than planned. Outdoor Solutions of Central Florida promptly gave us a written proposal, sent out a professional team of talented arborists that arrived with a fleet of necessary equipment in working condition. Their staff is polite, efficient, and conscientious. They know tree species, their habits, and needs. They know good wood from bad, they trim without taking off too much. They listen to what their clients envision, and they answer your questions, generous with their knowledge when they respond. Our three majestic live oaks (150 years old at least, given trunk size) had heavy limbs over our roof and car canopy. Outdoor Solutions identified and removed dead branches and potential hazards while also respecting the tree's shape, longevity, fragility, and enchanting beauty. All three trees have now lost some weight, gained more daylight, and have a new lease on life, their Floridian southern charm intact. The crew cleaned up and hauled away all debris and cuttings, a truckload. As newcomers, we are grateful to OS and its hard-working team for their expertise. To relocate cross-country is a huge leap of faith, so many stressful unknowns and margins for error. Arriving soon after historic natural disasters does not make it easier. Many underqualified money-hungry opportunists today take unfair advantage of people adjusting to a new normal. Not the folks at OS. They are an honest, ethical, respectful bunch that we now TRUST and highly recommend. No gimmicks or surprises. No haggling over unexpected or hidden costs. Today we had a couple trees removed and others trimmed by Outdoor Solutions of Central Florida. They were referred to me by one of my coworkers and in one word I would say their operation is IMPRESSIVE! Logistically, we had some challenges with the location of 2 large oak trees and their access to them, but they quickly put our concerns to rest by educating us on the process and answering our many questions. The day before our appointment they called to confirm the start time and reminded us of what we should expect through the stages of work. From quote to job completion, everyone acted with safety and respect for both ours and our neighbors' properties. The entire crew worked diligently and with integrity. They clearly have experience working with large tree removal and maintenance. They not only instilled confidence with their professional demeanor, but arrived organize and with a plan. Putting the risks of working with heavy machinery out of our minds while we watched them operate as a cohesive team. Hired Outdoor Solutions on a recommendation from a friend. Josh and his crew were fantastic! They arrived on time, explained everything, made sure to confirm which trees were being taken out. They were professional, courteous and did everything needed to make our yard safe for the next hurricane season and look like they were never there, including stump grinding and debris removal. Had a 70+ foot hickory tree removed that was leaning over my house. The removal was done with a crane and no damage to my lawn. The crew was very professional and efficient with excellent clean up including blowing off the roof and raking the lawn. They were in & out in 2 hours. Would highly recommend.
