Jamie Phillips from Outback Realty helped us purchase our vacation home in Island Park last summer. She knew the area very well and showed us many properties during our 3 day trip there. After we decided to make an offer for one of the houses, she provided us with comprehensive market analysis and advised us the price range. She worked closely with the listing agent to reach an agreement between the sellers and us. The end results were that the sellers and buyers were all happy. Similar to others, we worked with many buyer's and seller's agents in the past, from big cities to smaller vacation towns. Jamie was one of the best real estate brokers/agents we've ever worked with. We definitely like to work with Jamie again for our future real estate transactions. We also highly recommend her to anyone who plans to buy or sell properties in the beautiful Island Park area.

Terrible real estate company. They were very attentive until I listed my property in April; 2016, then nothing. No communication for months. When I called them in July to ask about any interest, agent didn't know if it had ever been shown or not. I asked them to drop the price (they did) and never heard a word from them again. My listing is now off market with no communication of any kind from agent Jackie or Outback Realty from the date of listing to today, 10 months later other than my phone call to them in July. Also, their website is barely working with broken links and errors. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Gary and Jamie have been great in my search for a property in Island Park! They have really went out of their way, when other realtors in Island Park have been less than helpful.
