I had an excellent experience with Ouros Jewelers, especially Aman. I purchased a tennis bracelet, and the process was smooth, professional, and transparent. They shared CAD designs and diamond photos, keeping me updated every step of the way.
I’m now working with Aman on a custom heart-shaped yellow diamond pendant with matching earrings, and the design process has been interactive and really showcased their expertise. They were very accommodating with the design changes I requested. I’m so excited to see the final pieces! Excellent craftsmanship and service — I’ll definitely be coming back for future jewelry.

I ordered 2 eternity rings in platinum with delivery to Germany. Great customer service, I was informed about every step of the production process. The rings are beautiful, exactly what I wanted. They look great stacked with my rings. I will definitely order more beautiful pieces from Ouros Jewels again!
