I contacted Ottr on 5/4/25 Sunday afternoon to get info on sand and gravel. Lorenzo answered the phone very quickly. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained the different gravel sizes they had. I placed an order on Sunday afternoon, which was delivered early Monday morning. I requested something to cover the sand due to the rain, and he covered up for me. I was not home when Lorenzo delivered gravel and sand. Later that day, he called me to assure me everything was ok with the delivery. Thank you very much for the exceptional service!!
