As a landlord, going with OVIPPM was one of the best decisions I made. Seb is not only knowledgeable but he is also extremely quick at responding. I had a really problematic and demanding tenant, and Seb knew all the tricks in the book the calm down the situation. Even if the situation was stressful, Seb knew exactly how to handle it. I was very impressed by how Seb is efficient and how he makes sure to provide the best service possible. The provided inspections are also meticulous and super detailed. Almost two years ago, my father-in-law passed away and left his condo to my wife. As we were not quite ready for selling it, we decided to rent and find a property manager to attend to all the details. Best decision ever was to choose Sebastien (Seb) Fortier of Ottawa VIP Property Management. He was amazing and took care of all the details to find the right, responsible tenants and then always address the tenant's and condominium's needs. He was in constant communication with us, but we rarely had to do anything and I was shocked at how inexpensive this premiere service was.
