Huge thank you to Brandon, the HVAC technician who attended my rental unit today. He responded quickly on a Saturday, was professional, knowledgeable, and immediately replaced the hot water tank without delay. Our furnace stopped working on Easter Monday and Brandon came within the hour of me calling. I am very grateful. I was so worried that I would not be able to get someone reliable to come on a holiday. Brandon was efficient and was able to fix the problem quickly. He is such a nice guy and didn’t once make me feel like I burdened him on the holiday. I have since had him come and do a check on our air conditioner and once again he was very quick and efficient. We will continue to use him for all my heating and cooling needs.

Brandon came for an after hours call, my furnace was making awful sounds and then died, after just having had a repair guy here for service from Easy VAC......he was so knowledgeable, ran tests on my furnace and was extremely professional.He even took the time to educate me on the furnace to ensure in the future I would know what to look for! In addition to this he even offered to bring me heaters until I was able to get the furnace repaired. His character speaks volumes, his professionalism is extremely high and I would highly recommend his services to anyone that has experienced less than stellar services!

This service was great! He came to our place within 45 minutes on a satuday morning and was very thorough. He found the problem (our meter had frozen) and arranged for the city to come replace it within an hour. Quick, kind, and even said to call him if there were any issues so he could come back to help out. Highly recommend!!
