We truly appreciated the outstanding service and care that Ottawa Pro Movers delivered. Daniel and Roxy were prompt in responding to our queries, and they also exceeded our expectations on follow-up coordination. Our items were delivered by Nik, who took great care in packing and protecting items that had considerable sentimental value to us. The fee charged for the service was most reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing an efficient and caring team for their relocation/moving needs.

It snowed on the day I moved. I had already moved most of my belongings down to the first floor to make things easier, but it still must have been very difficult to carry furniture in the snow. Even so, the movers stayed positive the whole time. They kept smiling, worked efficiently, and were very kind and respectful with my furniture. I really appreciate how they helped carry heavy items up to the 2nd and 3rd floors without any complaints. Thank you so much for your hard work and great service. I’m truly grateful, and it felt like a wonderful connection. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Ottawa Pro Movers! Nik, Andrew, and Artem were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They were also funny and kept the atmosphere light, which made moving day so much easier. We had extremely heavy gym equipment along with fragile belongings, and everything was handled with great care. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the quote was accurate with no surprises. The entire move felt smooth and stress-free.

Two young men ( Andrew & Yuri spelling??)showed up and were very efficient and careful in the move, knew what they were doing in loading the truck to ensure no movement of HHE. Wrapped everything that needed wrapping in plastic. The move was done very well and no damages to either apt. or effects. They brought right size of truck and plenty of blankets and packing material. Only thing was estimate was low, but that was our bad as they base it on size of Apt. and we had much more than expected. No complaint on end price as it was exactly what I expected it to be from the start. All in all great move and I would recommend this mover based on my experience.

Our long distance move went really well thanks to Ottawa Pro Movers. They heard our concerns, took care of our things and took their time to make sure we had things the way we needed. Jers and Tolik packed everything very carefully and fast. Nick and Aleksei moved us out and in and were helpful all the way. The staff on the phone were courteous and patient. We also appreciated having Daniel come over to discuss the details with us. Brilliant all around!

Jenia and Andrey were absolutely amazing! They knew exactly what to get going with very little direction and took extremely good care of furniture being moved as well as the floors at both locations. They were also super efficient and courteous. Highly recommend this business if you are moving. I will definitely use them again.

Nick, Jenia and Andrey were incredibly professional and focussed. They made what normally is a very stressful day a whole lot easier. They were careful with my belongings and very quick. I had hurt my back the day before the move and ended up with a lot of baskets and laundry hampers that I couldn't move in my car as planned. No problem - these gentlemen took care of everything and carefully. I would, and already have, 100% recommend Ottawa Pro Movers to anyone. We plan to use them for our next move. Nik and Nik P were fantastic and professional in my high-rise to high-rise move. They greeted the hiccups (both buildings had delays in getting the service elevator and loading bays accessible, and one was still piled up with snow) with patience and grace, and were so efficient. They moved quickly and carefully, and were attentive in making sure that everything that I wanted moved had been, as there were a few pieces left behind. Absolutely would recommend their service to anyone, and am very grateful to have worked with them today. Definitely keeping this team in mind for any (hopefully in the distant future) moves. Quick edit to add a thanks to Roxy who helped coordinate everything and was so patient with me as I navigated some hectic days in the lead up to the move, resulting in me nearly booking for the wrong day. She was gracious and kind in helping me get back on the right track!
