Got my piercings done 6 days ago, I felt like passing out during the session but they were prepared for that made sure I sat, got me water watched over me. Session was done quickly and they gave me all the information I needed to be sure it will heal good. Both piercings are healing very well so far. Happy with the service.

I came from Europe and knew NOTHING about piercer places and was afraid of not having researched this one properly. As I walked in I saw a really good looking Studio and HONESTLY the experience was really professional and amazing. I got informed about everything about my piercing, I asked lots of questions and got answers to all of them, the placement work was very precise but didn't take long either, the equipment was sterile, when I asked questions about the equipment everything, including the bar's gauges was explained to me properly and I instantly felt safe. The setting is REALLY professional, like, it's really rare to find such professional studios and people. Although at the time there was only one person at the counter and he was also the piercer who executed my work, he was really informed about it and after the procedure he also sent me all of the aftercare procedures for the exact piercing I got, how to take care of it etc and where to buy some specific things needed for disinfecting that piercing and how much it would cost. They had saline solution aswell so I didn't have to go out of my way to find it. I also got told to call them back in case ANYTHING happens or looks or feels off which is sure the bare minimum but also really good because a lot of piercing studios lack the participation in the client's healing process. The bar lenght change isn't pricey at all which is perfect, the jewelry change price is really fair (although I didn't really get into that because I'm fine with the way piercings "naturally" look). Overall 10/10, I'd give it 1000000/5 stars if I could. And yes, they DO Nipple piercings, this review was specifically about them. AMAZING work.

I was very impressed by Ottawa Ink flexibility, professionalism, and acceptance. My tattoo artist was very attentive to my ideas, thoughts and worked with me to rander a beautiful work of art that spoke volume to me. I'm glad I choose Ottawa Ink for my first ink work. First of all THE PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Such good prices! It was my first time visiting Ottawa Ink & had such a great experience. I would like to start off with the owner being so kind & an absolute gem. Yuvi was the one who pierced me and was super welcoming kind and took his time with the piercing I chose. Staff is clean and everything is clean and sterilized. Yuvi wasn't rushed , took his time and walked me through all the aftercare with patience and care unlike some other piercers who seem to just pierce you and get the job done and want you to leave :p .. I wish I went to this location instead of the downtown locations hands down excellent service All the staff was excellent in communication and welcomed me with welcoming hands! They didnt seem annoyed when I asked questions (i am someone who asks alot of questions lol oops) I will definitely be going back and already recommended it to my sis and will recommended this shop to friends / future friends.🥺 WORTH THE VISIT you guys won't regret it. Fantastic service. We had a semi-emergency with a nose piercing caught on a nose-trimmer. 🫣 Herbie and his piercer gave us great customer service and had us freed and ready to go in minutes! Wonderful guys. Highly recommend.
