I went here for my first tattoo yesterday spontaneously and I had a great experience. Herb (the owner) was very friendly, kind, and understanding when answering my questions and helping me achieve my dreams of being tatted. Baris (apologies if I’m getting the name wrong), the artist was kind, helpful and saw my vision. He helped guide me to the most aesthetically pleasing font just based off of my description. He continuously checked in on how I was feeling and not to mention the kind ladies up front who would come back to check on me too, offering refreshments and an optimistic smile. Wonderful customer service, love my tattoo, not too busy at all, I’ll be back for sure! :)

Absolutely incredible experience! This tattoo shop deserves all 5 stars. The artists are professional, talented, and truly passionate about their craft. The studio is spotless, welcoming, and has a great vibe. They take the time to understand your vision and bring it to life with precision and creativity. The attention to detail and care for their clients is unmatched. I couldn’t be happier with my tattoo and will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Amal and Herbs were amazing! The vibes were friendly and service was extremely quick and pleasant. There’s even some fun stuff to shop around for the girls who are waiting - I got myself a cute lip gloss holder keychain! Creative local gem❣️

I went to this location the first time yesterday. And may I say it is amazing! So beautiful, clean, perfect lighting. Everyone is so nice. An amazing vibe!! My artist Bishop who I 100% recommend did this amazing tat on me! Of course I’m shocked as always! His work is absolutely phenomenal! My first time there I was very impressed very clean place, professional, and friendly staff/ artists. Ottawa ink has a appreciate program for anyone interested in lesrning this amazing art. Yesterday was my first time at Ottawa Ink and will most definitely not be my last. Partook in the 5-Hour Tapout challenge to get an amazing piece done by stuart. The studio is super clean and the team is all super friendly. After finding out Stuart has only been doing tattoos for 3 years I was extremely impressed. He is not only a talented artist but he is very passionate about his work you can tell. Super welcoming and could not have asked for a better experience! I will be back soon!

They got me booked in very quickly with Nam 💜 He even moved his schedule around for me. Tattoo was exactly what I asked for and the line work is amazing. Nam is the sweetest guy and a great artist. He really took the time to make it perfect. This piece is the centre stone for more to come and means a lot to me. I would definitely recommend!!! I’ll 100% be back for more with Nam 😉

Today I experienced my first professional piece, and let me say I AM IN LOVE. It turned out so amazing, my artist Joey was so kind, we shared some good stories, had some good laughs, and I even got to hear some new music :), very clean work space. very bright and welcoming, and what made this experience the best, is that we Unintentionally but amazingly Incorporated the Ottawa Ink logo into my tattoo! We were all surprised! But I'm absolutely in love with my piece. Bravo, I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Took my daughter to get last minute tattoos. Herbie gave me a great deal and even let me choose the music. Stuart did the work and his fine lines are perfect. All in all we are both very pleased and will be back for more. Heart tattoos for the Heart concert
