The guy was very friendly when he arrived. He arrived quickly and the issue was resolved. The people that owned the car did come outside before the vehicle was to be towed. So no action ended up being taken. One of the occupants of the vehicle was very rude and possibly drunk, but the tow driver help deescalate the situation and the owner of the unlawful vehicle left. The tow driver was great and I appreciate his help.
