Unbelievable. The guy there told me that he can’t accept my coins for the petrol I filled my car with. He said ..“ sorry I can’t accept coins my cash register is full” .. man I am paying you what do you want me to do leave??

Toilets were disgusting. Fredback to staff was met with résistance.. clearly the staff font USE the public toilet. Eill avoid this OTR in the future :(

Most of the staff is experienced and polite. They are also extremely patient, despite working in an unsafe area full of thieves.

Such an inspiring place to be at, so clean and workers are so incredibly friendly! Speedy service and always invested in hearing how your day was and what your up to in order to create welcoming conversation! Toilets are kept clean as they possibly can with toilet paper being stocked up at all times! I personally think there should be more security to keep not only the OTR workers safe but also the OPORTO workers safe as there have been multiple incidents where I’ve been there and witnessed young adults stealing from the store, threatening costumers and staff, throwing items, spitting, bad mouthing at staff and even going as far to threaten to attack workers when something doesn’t go there way, overall amazing store with what they have and do but I think the higher ups need to sort something out for the safety of costumers and workers.

I just did scan the QR code and and got save 6c per letre after filling 45 ltres. But the payment wasn't made via app because of a technical issue with it. And showed up a barcode to show to the counter and pay. Once I get into the store staff got the code scan and then I tap my card. When I check my receipt I found that they didn't give the discount. They have charged the original price. Then I went back and ask. They told me they cannot do anything because the transaction is made already. The way that staff member talked was very rude. I guess his name is something like Tony who has gray beard and half bold head. This is not just about $2 save. Specifically when I got into the store, he was shouting at a women by using &#-#&#-#& words. That's so disrespectful.

i never ever leave reviews, bad ones especially. but i ordered my coffee, didn’t get what i asked for, had to go back in and get the vanilla shot, she only put half a van shot in so lasted very bitter. ugh. then on my way driving home, i go to pick up my coffee and it is EVERYWHERE in my car cup holder! the paper material seemed to have leaked, and i wasn’t even a 1/4 way through my coffee! just got back from interstate too, so i had to buy paper towel just to clean up the mess so frustrating 😭

I ordered my chicken meal from the OTR app. And it says it will be reay in 5 mins. When I arrived, the staff said I have to wait for 30mins. And the staff even mix up the order and took up longer waiting time. Staff were not helpful. And when I wanted to request for refund, they said they cannot do it because it was a online order. And there is no button or other way that I can get refund in the OTR app. Poor customer experience. Do not come.

Toilet access was denied during the night hours saying it was out of order. Upon further crossing the TM said it was the pump's policy of denying access after hours. It was also mentioned to find another facility to use the washroom. Being one of the busiest pumps near the main road and not being able to provide a basic facility is a shame.However I personally feel no action has been taken on the issue by Customer service team of OTR seeing the past reviews by others as this has been happening for quite a while.

My female friend was denied basic need of using the toilet, said it was locked after 11 and it is the policy. Can't imagine such a inhumane attitude of denying urgent use even after requesting it was a medical reason. Adding to the toilet being locked, the TM was rude in explaining and just turned a deaf ear to our plea. Disappointing service and policy....
