I have been going to OsteoStrong for 6 months now. I started to improve bone density. I was pleasantly surprised to see other benefits I was not expecting. I just had a physical and my lab work had improved and this is the only thing I have done differently. My A1C was reduced by 1 full point! I highly recommend it!

I go to Osteo Strong to build my bone density and body strength.The owners Paola and Steven as well as trainer Arron are friendly, professional, and supportive. The atmosphere is cheerful and calming. With the Spectrum equipment, I have noticed a difference in my arm muscles and it is easier to go up stairs. The modalities have helped in how my body feels. I always feel better after my session. I look forward to further improvement
