I love the fact that y'all come to my house for a visit, Trish was very fresh so nice explain to me all the steps that we would take. Said it would be a couple days before someone will come out and measure me at all well they happen to have time that same day she was here and he came out and fitted me in all that. Then a week later he came back to my house to try my legs on me and make sure everything was fitting my right hand below the knee amputation it fit like a glove he had to tweaked the other leg because it was loving me but they were so professional and very helpful to every step of the process. Now I'm just waiting to get my finished sockets.

I can’t express how much hope and kindness these guys showed my mom after her amputation. They were there through it all. Outstanding employees that really care about the person.

My experience with OPS was amazing. The staff, professionalism, knowledge that was shared, fast and friendly service was on point to the T! Being a new amputee at 39 was devastating to but the staff here made the process so easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.. Top notch service, first and foremost!! Excellent communication and professionalism. I never felt like my appointment was over when I walked out the door, the follow up and care that they show to their patients is amazing. They make it known that they are always available to answer questions and make house calls. They see your potential and push you towards it. As an active amputee, I highly recommend OPS!!

What can I say about the expedite service and professionalism Orthotic and Prosthetic Solutions provide! Wow, I’m amazed at their diligence, attentiveness, and overall care thus far!! From the first phone call I was helped! I called other area prosthetic offices, they told me they was about to close, reach back out to them the next day; The practitioner wasn’t available and I never received call-backs. It was 15 minutes after closing time for Orthotic and Prosthetic Solutions and Samaria was able to get D’Andre on the phone with me within 30 minutes after she took my information as D’Andre was on his way to his sons baseball game he made me feel welcomed and appreciated, he immediately got to work on my care! I had a unique case as I was working with a third party payer to help with my prosthetic cost. What took 2 or 3 months with another company to perform Orthotic and Prosthetic Solutions had the required paperwork and became a vendor within 10 days! We got the approval for my knee on a Friday on Monday I was opening up my dream knee! I couldn’t be more ecstatic!!! Working with Dre thus far feels different than any other practitioner I’ve worked with in the past, I feel he wants to see me at my best and he actually cares not just in it for the money! (I will update more as we move forward)

OPS has been great throughout the process of support, encouragement and overall team effort to supporting me and my family as a new amputee. Big shout out to Dre for all that you do. Looking forward to the continued relationship together in this new journey..

I'm very pleased and satisfied. My prosthetic is very light. This company is very caring . They always answer when I call. Dre and Darrell are wonderful . This is the first time I can actually walk on my own with my prosthesis. I highly recommend them.
