Jorge was informative and on time both for drop off and pick up. the Scooter was set up at our hotel before we even arrived and was fully charged and ready to go. Pick up was a breeze and we had a blast during the stay with how easy it was to work with OMR! Pics and video show how easy it was for us to access hotel room and use cart at Arlington and the Vietnam Memorial. Even short trips across grassy ground were no problem. We will be using OMR again with every trip we come back to the District. Thank you Jorge!
