Our experience with Ortega Brothers roofing was absolutely exceptional! Chandler is organized, responsive, and well-spoken. Eduardo was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped us with our insurance claim throughout the complicated process. They obviously have experience with this as well as roofing. We received many photos of our roof before and during the process, which was great since we cannot climb up there. Because they are a family business, they do all the work themselves and are very concerned with the quality of the job and their reputations. I had a new roof done on a Saturday by Ortega Brothers! Not only is it beautiful, they did an excellent install and little noise while I was at home. Only family members with years of experience did the install. No subcontractors. Immaculate clean up! They gave a very detailed bid, and, used premium materials. Chandler met with me twice before the install. He was very thorough in their description and choices. I got a new and a 50 year before prorated roof for under $7500. I can't say enough about the quality and completeness to do whatever I wanted. Definitely, a solid five star review. They were the best and gave a three percent discount if I paid in cash! We're still working with Ortega Brothers Roofing on an insurance claim, but frankly they've blown me away. They are very organized, communicative, helpful, and kind. Anna, their assistant, is amazingly responsive, flexible, and helpful, and honestly a delight to work with. Mr. Ortega, the owner, came out personally to do the inspection, and when the insurance adjuster came out earlier than expected, rushed out to meet him. It's a family business, and you can tell from the way they work that it's a labor of love.

We had a great experience with Ortega Brothers! They came out on a Sunday, the day after a storm damaged our roof and made a repair while other companies told us it would be a week or two. Their willingness to help and the friendly professionalism of their team made us decide to go with them when we chose to replace the whole roof.

The Ortega brothers are a family run business and value their clients over profit. I cannot stress enough how well they are with communication and the pride in their work. They very clearly know their industry and how difficult it is with high-cost projects. They also provide their GAF warranty and can produce any professional credibility if requested, whether its providing professional and legal documents or pictures of their past work. Their empathy and human connection are all I need to recommend choosing them over any other roofing contractor.

Ortega Bros. did a fantastic job. Chandler was a champion for me! He was there when the insurance agent came out and walked me through the entire process. This was my first major insurance claim, so I had a lot of question. Chandler and his team were always helpful and walked me through step-by-step. The work itself went exactly as expected. The team was efficient and cleaned up 100%. Of course getting a roof replaced (and most of the decking like I did) creates a lot of noise, but the crew were respectful and didn't create any mess or commotion outside of what was necessary to do their jobs. I chose Ortega because of the positive reviews; I never saw a negative review and I'm not surprised. I can't imagine you'd be disappointed if you chose Ortega Brothers for your roofing needs. I chose to consider the Ortega Brothers Roofing after they replaced several roofs in my homeowners association, including our large clubhouse. Their contact representative Chandler contacted me and after explaining in detail their product and installation procedure, we agreed to a contract. His detailed explanations were very helpful to me since I knew little about roofing. He provided me with the contract in a timely manner and set a date for initiating the roof replacement. The roofers replaced the roof in one day during extremely hot weather and cleaned up after the project. . Follow up with pictures was helpful I am extremely pleased with the very attractive roof which enhances the appearance of my property. All of the Ortega employees were gracious and professional.
