We have recently changed our family dentist and can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made. The service, care, and professionalism across all Ormeau City Dental practices have been outstanding. We’ve attended their Ormeau, Coomera, and Pimpama clinics, and the experience has been consistently exceptional at each location. Valda and her entire team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Nothing ever feels rushed — procedures are clearly explained, and every interaction is handled with kindness and respect. They are amazing with both adults and children, which makes such a difference for a family practice. We now drive 3 hours to see Valda and her team, and that alone speaks volumes about the level of trust and confidence we have in their care. Highly recommend Ormeau City Dental to anyone in the Ormeau, Coomera, and Pimpama areas — and beyond. Absolutely worth the trip.

Such a lovely experience with Dr. Valda! The office is new and beautiful, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. I only spoke with one staff member, but J was there early and she was so friendly and welcoming. Booking was incredibly easy, online and paperwork can be filled in beforehand via email, so no time wasting filling it in when you get there and they they simply use your private health card and put it straight through the system with no fuss. Dr. Valda herself is wonderful. She explains everything clearly, is very knowledgeable, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I was so happy with the experience that I immediately made an appointment for my husband, as well as a follow-up for myself to continue with treatment and a proper clean. Good to know that everything for a crown is done onsite too no long waits or having to come back for another appointment. A really positive, gentle experience. Highly recommend!

I cannot recomment Ormeau City Dental enough. It was my first visit to a dentist in way too long but Dr Kim Vo and her kind assistant - both whose own teeth are absolutely immaculate, so inspiring - did an exceptional job, carefully and painlessly extracting my neglected tooth. Then Kim went through my xrays to give me a thorough understanding of the condition of my oral health. Now I know what must be done to stabilise my gum disease. I am so grateful to my neighbour for recommending this beautiful modern clinic and plan to visit religiously to retain the rest of my teeth into old age.

Our family of five has been with this practice since the very first day they opened, and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. From the moment you step through the doors, the entire experience is truly five stars. The beautiful décor feels more like a boutique hotel than a dental clinic, setting the tone for the warm, welcoming atmosphere that follows. The staff greet you with genuine kindness, and the dentists combine exceptional skill with a personal touch that makes every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. First time visit this morning to have an old filling replaced. I was met with a smile and warm welcome as soon as I walked in! Reception was friendly, polite and got me started filling out the tablet with all my details. I was then taken in to see Valda for the procedure. I couldn't ask for a better experience! I'm not a fan of needles, but hardly even felt it! Watched a bit of telly above me while Valda replaced the filling. One nicely repaired tooth and one very happy patient! I would happily recommend anyone to visit for your next trip to the dentist. Thankyou for the great start to the day. The new clinic looks fantastic! 👍👍😊
