This company was amazing. We needed test results for an upcoming trial immediately. Despite lots of intervening issues and a hurricane, they delivered on time. The customer service was beyond amazing. Rachelle Bivins jumped through hurdles, coordinated everything and was an absolute delight to work with! Highly recommend!!

Requested an appointment and they went beyond my expectations with everything, from approving the date and time I wanted and best thing yet, it was a mobile visit at my home. Ms Rachell was on time and super sweet and nice. Everything went smooth and i was getting text messages for updates until results were ready. Very happy and recommend 100/100. 😊

When I called to make an appointment she went out of her way to make it such an easy process, she even texted my same day appointment confirmation, that included time and location address. The facility is very clean and organized and their prices are unbeatable! They sent text alerts, notifying me when my samples delivered, in process, in testing and results were in. Very fast service. Rochelle was very nice and assisted with expediting process. Came in person to personally do the swap. Which we luckily was able to get back before the weekend.
