Carlito and his team at Orlando Hybrid Auto Repair are incredible. He was the first and only mechanic who actually explained why our 2013 Toyota Prius head gasket was leaking and what the proper fix required. Every other shop we called gave vague answers and higher quotes, but Carlito took the time to educate us, whether we decided to repair our car there or not.
As a business owner, I really appreciated that level of honesty and transparency. The repairs were done on time, on budget, and with great communication throughout. He even saved our old parts so we could inspect them ourselves and took photos during the process. The whole experience was simple, straightforward, and professional.
We’ve found our shop from now on, Orlando Hybrid Auto Repair is the real deal.

When you need brain surgery, you do not just stop by the nearest hospital. You research, get recommendations, and read reviews to find the absolute best doctors, and you go to the Mayo Clinic. Why would you do anything less for your high end Lexus hybrid? Orlando Hybrid Auto Repair is the Mayo Clinic for hybrids. These professionals are true experts in hybrid repair, yet their prices are significantly lower than other shops.
They performed a major service on our Lexus CT200h when the head gasket started to fail. Carlito quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a fair and transparent quote, and clearly explained everything that would be done. After the service, he even shared detailed photos of the parts and components that were worked on.
The team truly goes above and beyond every step of the way. I have never experienced an auto repair shop this exceptional. Do yourself a favor and bring your hybrid to the expert technicians at Orlando Hybrid Auto Repair. You will not regret it.
