ORIGIN RESORT , Kalpetta Wayanad

The location was good. The cottage was very good But the cabinet rooms are also good but there is a scope of improvement. The price was bit high, but i agree we went in peak time. Food was very good..

Everything about this stay was just perfect. Nestled in the heart of the jungle, the constant melody of chirping birds made it feel truly magical. The pool added an extra touch of charm. The manager was incredibly warm and hospitable—he even dropped us off at the bus stand. It was a peaceful and memorable experience. I’d love to return someday

I stayed here along with my friends for 2days. The resort offering full lush plants and greenery everywhere you go around. Most Importantly morning breakfast prepared by Jiran sir was too good and absolutely loved it. During night time, We had good time preparing grilled chicken along bonfire with some good music. The rooms were clean and maintained hygienically, ensuring a comfortable stay. I am posting few pics here for your quick information.

This is the first time our full family has gathered together at a resort, and one of my cousin recommended this place. I must say, it is truly a calm and quiet spot. As a family, we have had a wonderful time here. Mr. Jerin, the manager, has been incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home with his warm hospitality and delicious home-cooked food. We also enjoyed the pool and the badminton court. We highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in Wayanad.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Origin Resort I recently stayed at Origin Resort in Kalpetta and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The service was very poor, and the manager was unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude; his behavior was unacceptable. The rooms were unhygienic, with a persistent bad smell and unclean facilities. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Very friendly Resort manager Jerin Joseph(goes by Jerry), he even gave his own scooty to us as we were not able to get any vehicle, beautiful Environment and Good Swimming pool Cleanliness maintained. Visiting here again!!! Recommended.

need to improve their staff behavior.A budget friendly stay suitable for bachelors. This is not a resort. I just felt like a regular hotel with an average pool. They don't provide any food or other complimentary things. This is not suitable for families. The pool is an average one in terms of size and cleanliness. No other fun activities are available there. Rooms are average but were neat.
