Thanks for Yelp recommendations once more. I was able to find a good local, reliable, and professional cleaning service with Organic Carpet Care. My carpet was not an extreme mess of dirt, but it needed the Spring cleaning for a new year ahead. Travis from Organic Carpet Care showed up on time and even called when he was nearby to make sure that I was available. He explained in detail the before and after expectations of the general cleaning, the stains, and the limited warranty that they offered. Travis came and performed his work in a cheerful manner with courtesy and care and left my hard to clean berber carpet refreshed and smelling clean. Overall a great cleaning for a great value. I recommend them easily.

I have a rental house that needs some carpet steam cleaning when the tenant moved out. I was searching for a good carpet cleaning company, come across Organic Carpet Care. They answered the call right away, and very were motivated answering all of my concerns and questions that I had; so I booked an appointment with them. I certainly like to support a local business when deserving and Organic Carpet Care does! Now that I got to know them (Travis and Michael), I am happy share my personal experience and want other's to know the people behind the business so you too can enjoy a connection that you wouldn't otherwise have. The other very important reason that I like about local business is, when you shop local, the business owner is usually directly connected to every employee in the store. That leads to a personal approach that often means any problem you have is taken seriously. They provide better customer service than big corp. Travis came on time, and professionally finished. The carpet smelled very fresh and looked super clean,! Also, very important to me, is they use environmentally-friendly products. My tenant also spilled Coffee on the carpet which they were able to treat and made it less noticeable. Also, their dog chewed a hole on one corner, so Mike the owner, came to patch it; looks so much better now. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will be always recommend this company to everyone!!!

Superior customer service is what Organic Carpet Care provides, without exception!!! We were about to move and I called late to schedule the last carpet cleaning. I had used 2 major companies many times before, and fortunately ;), they were all booked up. I then googled carpet cleaning in my area and Organic Carpet Care came up on my search. I called and happened to speak to the owner Michael who immediately fit me in their schedule. I then had to call back later and change the date to the following day, and once again, Michael fit me in their busy schedule without hesitation. Travis came out to do the "move out" carpet cleaning of a 2 story house and spent HOURS with us, including offering to help us move a few things while he was there. What?! Nobody does that, except this amazing man at Organic Carpet Care! Travis spent hours doing above and beyond his job. He didn't rush and just leave. He was very personable, polite and professional. He did an amazing job! We did have some tough stains due to pets and children. The carpet looked brand new when he left - a million times better than the other 2 major companies we have used in the past. You will not regret using the services of these amazing people!!!

I usually use a different cleaning company but at the last minute they canceled and I needed someone ASAP. I called them and they got me an appointment within a half hour! Travis showed up and was extremely professional. He was efficient, discreet and did an amazing job ( he even got an impossible stain out!!!)! Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Great customer service, great work and great price...what more can you ask for?!

Organic Carpet Care is such a great company we have used them twice now and have been beyond happy both times! The first time Mike came and cleaned our carpet, It got rid of the bad smell and all the stains! So of course I called him to come clean our tile after we had such a great experience using him the first time. This passed weekend Mike came and cleaned our tile, I can't explain how much of a difference there is from before and after. There was a very old rust ring that I have tried everything on it to get rid of it but nothing worked. I was so happy that Mike was able to get it up! The floor looks amazing. I recommend this wonderful company to everyone needing some cleaning done. They do it all! Five stars for cleaning and five stars for customer service! Also I have a sensitive to everything child and dog and I am very sensitive to smells but the products the company uses don't bother anyone! Yay!

Michael is fantastic and I sincerely recommend his services! We had our carpets cleaned and a quote on air ducts. Michael was a quick communicator, genuine, and very honest. He did an incredible job and we will definitely be using his business again!

We were under a time constraint to have our carpet cleaned, so I was pleased when they could meet my time request. They arrived at the appointed time and very easily made their way into our home and our hearts. Amanda & Travis did a fantastic job for us. They were very positive, pleasant, and professional. They went above and beyond my original request, including solving an odor problem we had not been able to cure. They charged exactly what I had been told over the phone. Michael is awesome! I'm a picky Realtor and send all my clients to him, best quality and service in town. I've had tile grout cleaned, carpets with pet odor problems, and power-washing all done beautifully. A great value for the high quality of work.

Doesn't get any better! I'd never tried an organic approach, but I'm a believer! There were no yucky chords and hoses stretched across our house. We had pet stains and years of yuck on our carpet from our three dogs. In a matter of minutes, our carpet looked like new. From start to finish, they were professional, on time and honest about what to expect. We will never use another cleaning company. They are simply the best! Outstanding customer service and quality work!

I called a couple of companies to get quotes for my 5 rooms and 2 staircases. I chose Organic carpet care because all my questions were answered and straight forward prices and they were very flexible with my request for an appointment time. They came on time, the job was done extremely well and the carpet actually dried up in 6 hours. The carpets look new! Great company to deal with from the moment you call.
