Thanks for Yelp recommendations once more. I was able to find a good local, reliable, and professional cleaning service with Organic Carpet Care. My carpet was not an extreme mess of dirt, but it needed the Spring cleaning for a new year ahead. Travis from Organic Carpet Care showed up on time and even called when he was nearby to make sure that I was available. He explained in detail the before and after expectations of the general cleaning, the stains, and the limited warranty that they offered. Travis came and performed his work in a cheerful manner with courtesy and care and left my hard to clean berber carpet refreshed and smelling clean. Overall a great cleaning for a great value. I recommend them easily.

I have a rental house that needs some carpet steam cleaning when the tenant moved out. I was searching for a good carpet cleaning company, come across Organic Carpet Care. They answered the call right away, and very were motivated answering all of my concerns and questions that I had; so I booked an appointment with them. I certainly like to support a local business when deserving and Organic Carpet Care does! Now that I got to know them (Travis and Michael), I am happy share my personal experience and want other's to know the people behind the business so you too can enjoy a connection that you wouldn't otherwise have. The other very important reason that I like about local business is, when you shop local, the business owner is usually directly connected to every employee in the store. That leads to a personal approach that often means any problem you have is taken seriously. They provide better customer service than big corp. Travis came on time, and professionally finished. The carpet smelled very fresh and looked super clean,! Also, very important to me, is they use environmentally-friendly products. My tenant also spilled Coffee on the carpet which they were able to treat and made it less noticeable. Also, their dog chewed a hole on one corner, so Mike the owner, came to patch it; looks so much better now. I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will be always recommend this company to everyone!!!
