Cons -OVL did not complete the Job. -OVL did not do a final inspection on our front and backyard. -OVL does not uphold what is written in the contract. -OVL did not complete our front and backyard before summertime. -Gilbert ghosted me (did not contact me) on several occasions during 8-month long project and has yet to reach out. Pros -The workers are very friendly. -The workers do a great job at what they do. -The workers did a great job at installing pavers. -Both the front and backyard look very nice. -Nice 3D design. Orchard Valley Landscaping (OVL) did both our front and backyard. Gilbert was the main point of contact for this job. My review is based on my experience with him as well as OVL. We reached out to OVL in December of 2021. Our project was ensured to be done and ready for the summer of 2022, but this was not the case. Final 3D: 1/24/22 Project Start: 3/1/22 Project completion (90%): 08/26/22 We installed a gas line ($4,500) in our backyard for a BBQ Grill and a custom fireplace ($5,340). The ring for the fireplace was never installed and the pressure of the gas line was never checked nor changed for the BBQ grill which is a hazard. We are still buying and using propane for our BBQ grill and have yet to use our fireplace. After months of reaching out to Gilbert and OVL (including Luis) about this issue they have stopped answering my emails, text, and phone calls. As customers, we feel that this is $9,840 down the drain because we cannot use the fireplace. I don’t think any customer would be happy in this situation. On the bright side, our home looks very nice, and the pavers are done well. If the job was not done as well as it was, I would have given a lower rating. I cannot recommend a company that does not finish the job.

DO NOT HIRE ORCHARD VALLEY OR LUIS DANIEL GARCIA BORJA Signed contract in January Started work in February and postponed due to storm Ghosted me since April email text phone. I paid up front and they have stolen my money and my time and have requested a refund with no response. Seems like their contract license has expired in May 2023. They claim they are under new management but they are still pulling the same shady business tactics as usual I'm hiring a lawyer to get my money back.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR. We have a signed contract with them for a backyard landscaping project, which they abandoned and stopped responding to ALL correspondence - Phone calls, text messages, and emails. This was really disappointing as the work they did complete was pretty good quality. Ultimately, we have paid them for thousands of dollars of work that has not been completed and are now having to go to small claims court to get the money back.

We were In need of some type of landscaping work done but had a hard time deciding what to do. We looked around and came across Orchard Valley. Luis and Gilbert were very responsive and came up with a nice design for us. They are young but very knowledgeable. Work was complete in the time frame given.

Can not recommend this business as they did not complete my front and back yard landscaping project. 9/12/2022: Project started 10/12/2022: Last work completed Left my yard a construction site with no fence or deck/steps to access the back yard in addition to all the other items left incomplete. After months of attempting to make contact and try to get the project completed I was forced to find alternative contractors. Will update this review if they ever decide to make things right.

The team at Orchard Valley Landscaping did an amazing job with out front yard! They were timely and professional! Our project was completed ahead of the originally quoted timeline! I look forward to the next opportunity to bring them back!

I contacted Orchard Valley Landscaping for their 3D Designs. I originally thought they were only a design company but they are also a licensed landscaping construction company! The design process went well. I was mainly in contact with Gilbert and Adan. We did three zoom calls and two in person appointments to finalize my design. I am hoping to get the project started with this team during summer!

These guys were working on my neighbor’s driveway and I asked them to do a quick excavation for me and they were really cool about it. Quick, efficient, and professional. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
